Mold
Mold is more common than people tend to think. It is not just an issue of lacking cleanliness, but rather inadequate ventilation that in most cases is the cause. If left untreated, mold can have an effect on your families health and well being, in addition to jeopardizing the integrity of structural components of the home. Unfortunately, mold may not always be visible. Fortunately, the Xplor Team offers mold testing either by surface and/or air samples.
Radon
Radon is a colorless, odorless, radioactive gas, produced from the decay of uranium in soil, rock and water. Long term exposure to radon is the second leading cause of lung cancer in the U.S. Radon exists. Knowing the radon levels in your property is essential for determining if a radon mitigation system is necessary to install, for the health, safety and well-being of your family.
Sewer Scope
Where does the waste water go when you flush the toilet? If your main sewer line is clogged, chances are, it is not making it out of your home! A sewer scope is generally recommended to verify if there is any blockage that may need to be cleared, for efficient plumbing drainage. A licensed plumber will run a camera into the drain tubing, record and narrate the inspection, and provide a video file.
